SIGNED AGREEMENT

Prior to beginning lessons and at the beginning of EACH TERM, all students (or their responsible parent or guardian) must sign an agreement specifically stating that the tuition for the 6-Lesson Introduction is non-refundable and that the student agrees to abide by the KMI Studio Policies. If a student chooses to withdraw before completing a Full Term, only part of the tuition is refundable.

N.B. Our contract has been proven in a court of law by a customer who thought he could sue our school for the unused tuition. In the end, he paid three times the tuition amount in court costs and spent several hours in court for nothing.
