When ordering on Pay Pal, shipping costs for all orders are automatically added. Pay Pal is currently set up to allow for a variety of shipping methods. Shipping fees are a fixed percent of the cost of the order, based on the following schedule:

NO SHIPPING: If you live in Pittsburgh, PA and have a way to pick up the books, you can simply decline the shipping costs when you check out - and the KMI staff will contact you regarding pick-up arrangements.
