ADMISSION
All KMI students who have completed the Core Curriculum on at least one primary instrument is automatically eligible for admission to the Music Appreciation Program. No application or audition is required.

All beginners and students Levels 1 to 4 would enroll in the Core Curriculum.

Students transferring from another studio will be assessed for entry level, and if placed into Level 5 or higher is eligible for admission to the Music Appreciation Program. If the student is deficient in either performance, technique or theory requirements, the student will be enrolled at the appropriate level of the Core Curriculum in order to complete the necessary requirements.
