GRADUATION
Upon completion of the Core Curriculum the student may advance to the intermediate level in either the Young Artist Program or Music Appreciation Program if the program is available for the student’s instrument. Audition is required for the Young Artist Program, and admission to the Music Appreciation Program is automatic for all KMI students age 10 and over who successfully complete the Core Curriculum.

As KMI grows, faculty will be recruited to support more instruments at the intermediate and advanced levels. Until that time if the student’s instrument is not available beyond the Core Curriculum levels, the faculty will provide the student a referral to another teacher for continued instruction.
